The difference between weather and climate is a measure of time. Weather is what conditions of the atmosphere are over a short period of time, and climate is how the atmosphere "behaves" over relatively long periods of time.

In desert, temperature is high during most part of the year. But during winter, which lasts only for a few months, the temperature is low. This region receives very little rainfall. So, It is hot and dry.

this reason is located near the equator, because of continuous warmth and rain, this region supports a wide variety of plants and animals.

A layer of fat insulates its body from cold. Long, curved and sharp claws help to walk on ice and Thick white fur keeps them warm.

Penguins have webbed feet and streamlined body makes them good swimmers. They huddle together to keep themselves warm.

Polar regions are covered with snow.They don’t receive the sunlight continuously for 6 months making it the coldest region on the earth.

The Long grasping tail is the feature of the animal in the tropical region while the other reasons describe the adaption of the polar bear.

Adaption term is used to describe such abilities that allow fish and lizard to survive in their respective habitats. Animals are adapted to survive in the conditions in which they live.

In Polar regions, the temperature drops to around –37°C during winter.They don’t get the sunlight for nearly 6 months. Penguins and Reindeer are the common animals that are found in Polar Regions. Greenland is one of the countries of the Polar Region.
